Terms of Service & Sale

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These terms apply to use of elianvorellan.com and purchases made through this store.

Products

We sell digital publications by Elian Vorellan. Each product page describes the format, contents and price before checkout. Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, no physical product will be shipped.

Prices and payment

For customers in the United States, prices are presented in U.S. dollars where supported by the store's market settings. The final amount, including any applicable taxes, is shown before checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify and supported payment providers.

Digital delivery

After successful payment, digital content is delivered electronically through the order confirmation flow and/or a delivery email. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and using software capable of opening the file format shown on the product page.

Personal-use license

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for your own private use. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, publicly share or commercially reproduce the file or substantial portions of it without written permission.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Educational disclaimer

Books and website content discussing relationships, attachment or psychology are educational and reflective. They are not medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal or other professional advice, and they do not diagnose you or another person.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the books, original text, graphics, branding and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or digital content. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
