Digital Delivery Policy

Products currently sold on this store are digital. No physical book is shipped unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.

How delivery works

After successful payment, access to the purchased file is provided electronically through the order confirmation page and/or a delivery email.

Delivery time

Access is normally available shortly after payment is confirmed. Payment review, email filtering or technical issues can occasionally delay delivery.

If your file does not arrive

Check the email address used at checkout, your spam or junk folder and your order confirmation. If you still cannot access the file, email elianvorellan@gmail.com with your order number.

File compatibility

The product page states the file format supplied. Please make sure your phone, tablet or computer can open that format before purchasing.
