1. Who we are
This website is operated by Elian Vorellan, Buchener str 1, 74078 Heilbron , Germany. Contact: support@elianvorellan.com.

2. Product
We sell digital products, currently the English-language e-book "The Shape of What You Notice" by Elian Vorellan, delivered as PDF and EPUB files. No physical product is shipped.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store your payment details.

4. Delivery
After successful payment, you receive access to your files by email and/or on the order confirmation page. If you do not receive your files, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

5. License and personal use
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to read the book for your own use. You may not copy, resell, share, upload, or distribute the files or any part of them without written permission.

6. Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy for details on our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
For digital content delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal expires once delivery begins, provided you expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged this loss of the right of withdrawal. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies regardless.

8. Disclaimer
